Sylvia Alaniz is part of a dedicated and passionate team, with a goal of helping clients until they are 100% satisfied. Sylvia’s experience as an active Farmers Insurance Agent boosts her ability to help clients efficiently and get work done quickly. Also, Sylvia has a degree in Business which adds to her expertise in realty, covering the financial and customer service side of the industry with her past experience. She is bilingual, with English and Spanish speaking abilities to suit whichever language her customers prefer to talk business with.

Other members of Sylvia’s realty team include associate Julie Ricarte, a real estate veteran with 12 years of experience; Kathlyn Haworth, a detail-oriented and driven associate; Bill Howard, an associate with 20 years of experience in the customer service industry; Niles Haworth, an associate with an extensive background in sales; and last but not least broker Ren’e Walker-Sanchez. Ren’e has a very lengthy background in realty, with three consecutive years in the top 3% of Houston metro-area realtors. 

Ren’e is a highly skilled negotiator in The New Home Sales Process, and has won numerous awards- including the ‘Top Rookie’ award her first year as a realtor for both units and sales from a top realty firm. Following that, she won an award for having the most listings in her firm, so you can see that Ren’e is extremely qualified and a top-notch member of the dominant Texas Legacy team.
